Built in 1920 and belonging to the same family for almost 100 years, this newly renovated and decorated, spectacular 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, South bay front home sits on the widest point of Newport Harbor with stunning harbor channel views down to Corona Del Mar and the Balboa Pavilion.



When you walk into the first level of the home you are welcomed by the newly remodeled kitchen with fresh white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an island with 4 bar stools perfect for a small lunch gathering in the kitchen or a larger dining table area next to the living room. The downstairs living room and dining area are a single space that is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, so you can take in every view that Newport Harbor has to offer. Then walk out onto the large patio and enjoy the good life! This stunning front patio is fully equipped with comfortable lounging furniture and a stainless steel gas BBQ grill. It is the perfect spot to grill up some burgers and drink a cocktail while enjoying the sight of the boats cruising by.



The first bedroom is located downstairs with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also another half bathroom on the first level.



On the second level of the home there are two bedrooms that could both be considered master bedrooms with king sized beds and master bathrooms inside of them. There are two other bedrooms perfect for another couple with a queen sized bed and another one great for children or additional guests containing a bunk bed with a twin sized mattress on top and a full on the bottom. These two bedrooms share access to another bathroom. At the top of the stairs to the left, there is another large living room with plenty of seating and a wall of floor to ceiling windows you can open to enjoy the views and breeze of the beautiful harbor.



Located at the end of Marine Avenue, you are truly steps away from all of the best shops and restaurants that Balboa Island provides. Come and enjoy all Balboa Island has to offer in this stunning home which also includes use of a large dock and direct access to the Island Boardwalk for people watching or to launch the kayak and stand up paddle boards included with this bay front beauty.



As our guest, enjoy complimentary local experiences curated to help you make the most of Newport Beach. Activity offerings are seasonal and may include whale watching, harbor cruises, E-BIKE rentals, kayaks & paddle boards, and electric boat rentals.



Other Important Details:

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

Getting Around:

Located at the end of Marine Ave., you can easily walk to the great shops and restaurants on beautiful Balboa Island. Hop on the auto and passenger ferry for a quick 3 min ride over to the Balboa Peninsula. There you can enjoy the long sandy beaches of Newport Beach.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.
