Find YOUR escape at this 2 bedroom, sea side retreat. There's no need to drive when you can take the beautiful walking path from your front door right down to the sand and Gulf of Mexico. After a day in the sun, cool off in the sparkling pool or enjoy a nap in one of the poolside loungers while being lulled to sleep by the sound of waves behind you. Bedroom 1 is nice and cozy with a queen bed, luxury linens and blackout curtains. A walk-in closet will provide plenty of room for your flip fops and swimsuits. In Bedroom 2 you'll find a twin over queen bunkbeds perfect for adults and the little ones alike. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a massive garden tub for a little bubble time. You'll be more than relaxed in the cheerful living room which also includes a pull out sofa and large screen smart TV. Cooking will be a breeze in the well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, brand new pots and pans & full set of dishes and flatware. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee pot, or sip on an ice cold cocktail on the private patio that's just feet from the large outdoor kitchen and pool. Ground floor unit..no stairs to climb. This is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed by renters per HOA rules. We can't wait to see you! Come stay a while!

Very clean. Short walk to the beach. Provided wagon which was super helpful getting to beach! Even gave us a great recommendation for dinner was we took and enjoyed! Would stay here again!

The property was wonderful. It was decorated cute and was very peaceful and comfortable. We loved the pool and the private walking path to the beach. We love the beach and the condo is a perfect location and proximity to it. We would love to stay again in the future but noticed the property is for sale. For anyone looking to purchase it- great price for what you get and location.

Our recent visit to North Padre Island was memorable. The accommodations were as descripted online. This unit was on the first floor so getting to and from the beach with all our gear was easy. There was an outside hose around the building so we could wash off our items as well. There was some construction going on during our stay (the roof was being replaced). We had to be careful to watch nails around the vehicles but overall, the company did clean up at the end of each day. There was an incident in a neighboring property that I had some questions about, but the host returned my inquiry immediately. Location was great, I did not realize this property has access to a private beach area, so there are no cars and crowds to fight with. There was a nice restaurant within walking distance and a grocery store within a mile or two. We found no need to rent a golf cart since we were so close to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo, we would stay at this location again.
