This newly renovated villa has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining area are combined. Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which is ideal for a small children. There is a balcony located off the living room that offers a nice ocean side view. Seaside Villas is located on the south end of the island, on South Forest Beach Drive, just a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Amenities include an on-site pool and laundry facilities. The condo has flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room and WiFi.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in about 5 different condos ......they are all pretty much alike ....I will say some views are better than others ...I have my favorites ....however I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed....Vacation Time of Hilton Head is an amazing company....I will use their services always

Condo on the beach central to most things on HHI.

The condo was clean. It's not spacious but if you plan to spend most of your time around the island instead of inside it's nice enough. The laminate flooring in the kitchen & living area needs to be replaced as many of the planks were warped and my kids ended up stubbing their toes on the ends of the planks. The shower head also needs to be replaced. The water pressure was extremely high and the water coming out of the showerhead was shooting in various directions. The bunk beds were fine for the kids. For reference, my oldest is 5'3" tall and she was comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would plan another trip if the flooring and shower issues were fixed.

I was a little concerned after booking when I read additional reviews. However, the condo/property was good. I’ve stayed at 5 star resorts and this isn’t that, but I also didn’t pay 5 star price - expectations should match. Yes it is small but it is larger than a hotel room (a large family would be cramped). There is a partial view of the ocean from the balcony/living area; easy access to the beach which is priority to me. The shower/toilet worked good. Kitchen area was adequate. The AC airflow into the bedroom is lacking so it’s warmer (June stay), but I took a fan based on the reviews which made it fine (although there was a fan in the closet). It is an older property and there is an odd smell but not horrible. There were workers around the complex enhancing the exterior (painting/pavers etc). The security pad on the gate to the beach was missing but didn’t see any issues with this. The location is great, right on the beach, convenient to stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Overall I would recommend.
