The Fisherman's Retreat is 2000 sq ft of privacy and convenience in the basement of a large colonial style home on a hill very near the Kasilof River. You have access to the river bridge boat launch and access the mouth of the river from the Cook Inlet just minutes away. This is a great place to stay as you are convenient to Homer as well. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and laundry. This basement has a large colonial home above it that is a 4 bedroom and a 2.5 bath is a laundry room, living room, and large dining area that you can rent as well if you need additional space.
