Our large family loved this property. The layout was perfect and everyone had a great time using the pool and hot tub.The large fenced back yard was also nice the just hang out in.

Lauren's property is terrific for a large family gathering (or multiple families/couples)--it is a very well designed house with the right number of bedrooms/bathrooms so that no one feels inconvenienced or on top of one another. The main floor has two separate living spaces so that groups could hang out separately, if needed. The kitchen is superbly stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware etc so that you can comfortably live in the property. We could not have been happier. The house is well set up for both young children (a gate at the top of the stairs and door alarms for the pool) as well as for a dog (no rugs). It was immaculately clean and well cared for. Perhaps most importantly, I found Lauren to be a great property owner--responding to my questions quickly and eager to make sure that everything was going well. Would happily come again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a big family (6 adults and 5 children under 5) and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is clean and well kept. The hosts were readily available if we needed anything. Being able to walk to a quiet private beach was amazing.

North Fork paradise

New house in perfect condition. Lovely property, well-maintained, with a great pool. Walkable to a beach. Very short drive to Greenport. And the owners could not have been kinder or more responsive. Would absolutely bring my family to stay here again.

Lovely Stay

The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had ample room and storage. The home comes fully equipped with everything you can think of and the location is just simply the best. I never sleep well on a vacation because it is usually the bed and pillows that aren't so great, but I could not believe how well I slept. In fact, everyone was saying the same thing about the comfort of the bed and pillows. You seriously could not ask for a better property and the host was always available, helpful, and professional. We will certainly be coming back.
