Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at the W. The space was great and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is better seating in the living room area but other than that it was great! We’d definitely stay again!

Property and unit where centrally located. Close to restaurants and bars. Beach across the street steps away. Water Taxi not far. The unit needs a lil maintenance/ touch ups but clean. Laundry in unit convenient and nice to have. Unit is Next to elevator but was could not hear anything. Appliances work and air fryer would be nice. 3 balconies Access to residence pool only was cool but would be nice to have a pass to hotel pool. Residence pool there is no music, no bar or food. Nice and quiet ro relax but would be nice offer some type of music and lite bites and snacks. Would stay her again. Very nice

Property is fair, but overpriced

Great location. The unit is a bit worn, but it was clean. Upon check in we were made to wait and eventually the manager called to explain the u it was not ready as promised; we would not be compensated; we could wait three more hours or sleep in a different unit for the first of five nights. This required us to be out early the next day and to have to repack. This is unacceptable. Upon Mo ing into the proper unit, we were disappointed that the unit was not as well maintained as the first unit. The second unit had. I hand towels available. Overall, the property is not quite as nice as other W resorts. Last issue: the elevators in this property are horrible. Too few elevators for the volume of people. Dozens of people had to line up for a lift each day during busy hours. This is a design problem. Stay away if you want expediency. Good luck.
