Over 1400+ s.f. with tiled glassed in lanai over looking the tropical gardens, boats and waterway. Only a five minute walk to our private piece of world famous Crescent Beach; well equipped with lounges and umbrellas. Living room features sofa bed, TV, VCR, DVD and CD player. Master bedroom has king bed and TV. Master bathroom offers dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a view of the bay. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV. Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer. Unit accommodates 6. Building has elevator. UNIT NOW HAS WIRELESS INTERNET.
