Split level, with living room, lanai, kitchen, dining and half bath on the main level and 2 bedrooms, (master has open-air patio) 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer on top level. Brand New Entertainment Center and BRAND NEW, huge 55" Flat Screen TV in living room! King bed in Master with flat screen. 2 Doubles in guest room with flat screen. Screened/Glassed lanai on main living level and open air lanai on top level off of the master bedroom. Overlooks the serene, canal waters and boat docks that are available for rent. Only a short walk to your own private piece of the white sands of Crescent Beach. No need to drag beach chairs, we have lounge chairs and umbrellas for our guests and complimentary beach concierge service 7 days a week. Washer/dryer in unit. Unit has phones, cable and complimentary WI-FI. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Brand New Fitness room on property, heated, handicap-accessible pool nearby, 2 private, lighted tennis courts, Gas Grills and Picnic Areas, rental office on-site with real estate services, clubhouse with computer, printer and wi-fi. Convenient location, Great place to stay
Very roomy rental in a location that allowed us to walk to several restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, and a market. The trolley stop is right in front of the property as well as a crosswalk to the beach access. Everything is just a few minutes away walking or by car. If you are lucky like us, manatees will swim by your beach!

THe condo was very spacious, clean & well equipped. Furniture/Beds were comfy. We will rent again.
We love staying at Midnight Cove I/II. It was our third year staying on this property. We love the area. And hope to have the opportunity to buy our own condo there in the next couple years.
