Clean, Spacious, Centrally Located 2-Bed Basement Apartment

Stay in one of Portland’s most beautiful neighborhoods! This clean 2-bedroom basement apartment is on a quiet, safe street—just steps from great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, and all the fun.

The space was fully renovated in 2022. We live upstairs with our friendly 3yo husky and have everything you need.

Please note: sound carries a bit between floors. We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help light sleepers rest easy, and we respect quiet hours.

We loved this private basement suite. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Located walking distance from groceries, restaurants and coffee shops, it was still very quiet. Would definitely do it again.
