Our family of 6 adults and 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condominium was beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean! Our grandkids loved the water park and pool as well. The location was great although walking was somewhat limited due to only a few places, as there is quite a bit of traffic. We would definitely stay here again! Terry was very responsive for all inquiries!

Relaxing stay in Hyannis

After working from home for months, we wanted to take a short family vacation on the Cape. The Cape Codder was perfect for our family. It was centrally locates and many attractions were 15-20 minutes away. Our kids (ages 1.5 and 4) loved the pool and water park. The hotel had a number of safety guidelines in place. Our condo in the private residence area was spacious, clean and offered a great view of the pool. Terry himself was a wonderful, proactive host. We communicated quite a bit leading up to our stay, including updates based on current COVID guidelines, and he checked on us during the vacation as well. We had a blast and would highly recommend this property.

This property is clean and convenient to all places on the Cape The staff is so friendly and helpful The rooms were perfect for 7 people and had everything we needed for a great stay The pools and water park at the resort were great however there were a few things that were closed for repairs in the water park and the hot tub at the pool was closed Restaurants were good at the hotel and there is a great restaurant Gannon’s right next store Stop and shop is across the street along with a nice pizza place and Dunkin’ Donuts You have everything you need! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for 8 ladies

Nicely located and centralized to all of Cape Cod. Stop and Shop is across the street. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms have showers. The resort supplies you with everything you need . The pool was heated and the water park was fun. We stayed for a week and had so much fun.

Great "Sisters Vacation" at the Cape Codder!

My sisters and I usually vacation together down the Cape each summer. Instead of renting our usual spot in New Seabury, I chose instead to rent this 3 bedroom/ 3 bath unit at the Residence Club at the Cape Codder. And we couldn't have been happier!! The weather was perfect and my family and I absolutely loved the unit! It was spotless, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The resort has no barbeque area and we thought we would miss cooking out on the grill each night for dinner. But instead, we just brought groceries for breakfast/lunch and either got take-out (lots of nearby restaurants to choose from) or our favorite- eating out on "The Deck"(with menu from the Grand Cru Wine Bar & Grill) and listening to the nightly live entertainment! My granddaughter and great nieces/ nephews just loved the water park and pool at the resort! We had a great "sisters vacation" and already checked with Terry to see if we can book again next year!! Great condo!

This place is beautiful and very comfortable. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 small children and all fit very comfortably. My oldest loved the spacious room and big double beds!) It's at close proximity to the supermarket so we were able to do some shopping and not spend on eating out as much. The wave pool was a big hit with the kids, they get bored at the beach rather quickly but had tons of fun in the pool. Overall it was wonderful first Cape Cod experience the kids will remember!

We stayed in this rental two years in a row and had a wonderful time. The condominium is absolutely beautiful with lots of room for our whole family. I stayed with my husband, adult children and 2 young grandchildren and this place allowed for everyone to have their own spacious room and bathroom. The condo is decorated beautifully and the balconies overlook the pool area. The place itself has everything you need, on site restaurants, indoor wave pool, outdoor activities every night, yet in a cental location close to shopping, beaches, restaurants and many other activities. Highly recommend!!!!!
