This VRBO was very clean and accommodated our group of 10 very well! The availability of multiple queen, size and king size beds was a big attraction when I booked this place, plus multiple bathrooms with showers!! Love the little bar – it was a great place to set our snacks and drinks! Lastly, I don’t want to forget to mention Uber drivers picked up quickly, and we were downtown Broadway within a few minutes.

We had a great stay and enjoyed being able to walk 10min to many restaurants for a quick bite. It’s also a quick and cheap uber drive to all the fun on Broadway! Beds were comfy and all the spaces are decorated with fitting Nashville themes! The weather was lovely while we were there and we were able to enjoy the amazing rooftop and downtown views while we were there as well!

We had an amazing time at this property in Nashville. The roof top view is awesome and we were able to get to broadway, the gulf and 12 south with ease! We will definitely be back and recommend for anyone ready for a place with lots of room and close to all the hot spots.

Great location and property

We had a family of 8 for a recent 3 night stay and had an awesome experience. This location is within walking distance to the Gulch and there are plenty of Ubers/Lyfts that were always close by. The owner was quick to answer any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely decorated house with a wonderful rooftop and great view of dowtown. We had a group of 10 and found the layout and bed configuration to work well for us. We would gladly stay here again.

We loved this place very spacious 4 bedroom with many rooms having extra beds and rooftop view was spectacular. Loved the overall layout and everything you can tell is so new. We usually congregated in the kitchen area and dining room very open also. Location to Broadway one could walk to or do a shorter ride which we almost always did. Walking to the Gulch was very doable and I would highly recommend this unit !!

Great rooftop with lots of beds close to Broadway!

This property was awesome! A very close uber drive to Broadway. The rooftop is amazing with awesome views. There are a ton of beds for lots of guests. We had many questions during our stay and they were answered very fast! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We had 7 adults stay for a long weekend. The house is in a great location. Walk to downtown, the Gulch or 12 South during the day. Quick uber ride at night. Host was very responsive. It rained part of our stay so we did not take advantage of the roof deck but would be a great place for happy hour before heading to dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Right along 12 South. Minutes to 12 South shopping and restaurants. Head north and your minutes to the Gulch or Broadway. Cant find a more centrally located property. Scooters or uber to anywhere quick. Scooters are usually on the corner right in front of us.

Remodeled 2025, upscale modern decor and all the essentials u need for a great stay in Nash! Amazing rooftop on the highest peak along 12 South which over looks the Downtown skyline. Awesome views from the den, master bedroom, and of course the rooftop. Lots of custom touches.
