Welcome to Lake Conroe, a 23,000 acre freshwater lake that is world renowned for fishing, water sports, and spectacular golf courses. Located in Walden on Lake Conroe this professionally maintained, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers the conveniences and amenities of a destination resort. Comparable accommodations in a regular hotel would equate to renting an overpriced suite. This waterfront condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a living room with a lake view, 42" plasma flat screen television, wifi, covered balcony with a view of the pool and lake, and an in-unit, washer/dryer.
Rental includes access to all of the resort facilities: golf, tennis, fitness center, swimming pools, restaurants, boat rentals, outdoor basketball courts, children's playground and two, secured lauches for your watercraft.
The owner's of the condo will be happy to help you find the best restaurants and provide you with other concierge services as needed. There are numerous antique shops to browse through just up the road in historic Montgomery. World-class shopping is only thirty minutes away in The Woodlands.
