Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure that you and your guests stay on top of washing and drying towels so that you are able to put remaining towels in either the washing machine or dryer on the day of check-out.
Please don't overload the washing machine. Leave any remaining towels next to washing machine, up to one load.
Please put back all games, remotes, story books, movies, Xbox games back to where they belong.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum age for all-adult groups, not families, is 30 years old for all guests staying in the home.
Renter is required to sign a rental agreement and a pet addendum if bringing a dog prior to confirmation of reservation. Only ONE dog is allowed.

Absolutely fabulous experience! The property is incredible with an amazing location. Plenty of room for everyone, including bathrooms! I could not believe all the amenities in the kitchen. Everything you could possibly want (or forgot) were in the drawers. I personally loved the sunroom and outdoor area with the waterfall was wonderful. We also rented the boat and it was fabulous! A great addition to our lake experience and vacation. We just left and we are making plans to return. No need to look anywhere else, this property was perfect! I should mention check in and out was extremely easy, communication was top notch! I truly felt hospitality from Susan and that she really wanted us to have an amazing stay. We all felt very fortunate to have found such a great place with welcoming, cordial and accommodating home owners. We can’t wait to return!

Our annual girls trip was made even more memorable in this beautiful waterfront home! Lovely furniture in tastefully decorated spacious rooms, but yet homey and comfortable. Our crafting weekend worked well here and we would highly recommend to other groups. Lots of family friendly amenites as well. Susan was friendly and easy to work with, plus we met Cameron, the property manager, who was working outside next door when we arrived, and he was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you both SO much!

The house was nice, check in was easy and given lots of information prior to arrival. Location was nice. The driveway was a tight right turn off the highway at the top of a hill. The house was clean and well stocked. The waterfall feature was nice to listen to while relaxing on the deck.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly what we needed it to be for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed which was great. Owner and Son were very accommodating and made the process so easy. Spent many fun hours hanging on the dock and swimming. The cove was nice and quiet. We also rented a boat from this owner a couple of days and that was a great experience as well. Will absolutely stay again in the future!

My husband and I call Lake of the Ozarks home for us. We have lived and enjoyed the lake for over 30 years. We enjoy the serenity and beauty of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks as well as the many restaurants on the water and many activities surrounding the lake area.

Why they chose this property

The home is conveniently located at the 8 mile marker on beautiful, popular Horseshoe Bend at Lake of the Ozarks. Guests enjoy all the amenities on and off the water, all within a 10 mile radius of the home. These amenities include boating, waterfront restaurants and bars, waterfront activities for the whole family, signature golf courses, go karts, miniature golf, shopping and much more.

What makes this property unique

The architecture of the home is quite unique and tastefully done, unlike any other home. The layout of the home is an open concept with many cathedral/vaulted ceilings throughout the home making it quite unique. The architecture of the home was also designed to adorn most rooms with a great view. This lake front home has easy lake access, many areas on the lakeside for seating and relaxation. The lakeside of the home gives the entire family the ability to enjoy the outdoors and spread out, making t fun for the whole family. There is something for everyone both inside and outside of the home as well as in the immediate vicinity.
