This was a great stay. The pull out couch mattress was very comfortable. If I owned a pull out at home, I would ask the owner the mattress details. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Everything was clean and homey. The owner was very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend.

Nice area, close to capitol but…
There was no hot tub and parking is sparse (opposite of advertised). If you find a parking spot on the block I suggest keeping it and using Uber. One review mentioned the pull out bed being very comfortable. It was not. It’s a sofa bed. The pillows from the bedroom smelled bad. The kitchen is very tiny and only one person can fit there at a time. The photos do make the place look a lot bigger than it is. The positives are the upstairs bathroom, the outdoor kitchen and patio area are really nice. Neighborhood is very quiet at night and it feels safe walking around.
