A villa complex that is ready to serve you and your family with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite features vaulted ceilings and a newly renovated ensuite that is state of the art. The twin suite has an ensuite as well that is located on the second level. The living and dining room boast views of the Atlantic dunes golf course or lagoon depending on the unit. There is a tennis court, BBQ grill area and Pool that is only accessible to Spicebush Guest! The villas all have their own private oversized back patios as well! You are in the heart of Sea Pines 2 minutes away by foot to the Sea Pines Beach Club and 5 Mins to Harbour Town by car. There are 3 golf courses you can choose from in Sea Pines and there are water sports rentals at Harbour Town.
