Guests enter Come Sail Away by following the sidewalk to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and den. The full sized washing machine and dryer are located in a closet in the Carolina den. The master suite, queen bedroom, king bedroom and hallway bathroom are located down the hall from the living room. The sliding doors in the living room and the master suite lead to a the patio and backyard with a plunge pool, dining area, seating area, wood-burning fire pit and gas grill.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
