Welcome to Three Sisters Retreat – Where Luxury Meets Adventure! Escape to our expansive 4.5-acre retreat boasting 3 stunning structures and panoramic mountain views. From the luxurious 5 BR Manor w/ endless entertainment options to the modern elegance of the 2 BR Overlook and the rustic charm of the Dizzy Donkey open air barn, there’s something for everyone! Sleeps 16+ equipped w/ EV charger, smart home tech, digital concierge, minutes from wineries & downtown. Under construction. Ready in May!
The Manor House has been completely renovated, new kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms etc. Large bedrooms with king or queen beds. Updated kitchen, spacious living area, and recently finished basement with pool table and arcade games! Special touches from an interior designer to balance luxury and comfort! The Overlook (newly built and under construction Barndominium) Has a stunning "dream deck" and 20' folding door opening to panoramic mountain views. The newly converted pole barn that we are calling The Dizzy Donkey, is a fantastic old-school honkey tonk style bar/ gathering spot with newly built bathrooms and appliances.

Located conveniently a few miles from downtown Dahlonega for restaurants and shopping. Over a dozen wineries are located within a few miles from the property. Take a short drive to see Helen, Amicalola Falls, Iron Mountain, hiking trails and Lake Zwerner.
There are two separate gravel driveways, a carport and ample parking throughout for up to 10 vehicles. Don’t forget the EV charger under the carport!
Three Sisters Retreat is a very unique property with stunning views. There’s nothing else like it in Dahlonega. This property is truly unique with both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, and guys' or girls' weekends. you name it, it has something for all mid to large-size groups.
HOUSE RULES:
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, we ask that all guests follow the house rules and confirm that you understand them entirely. By booking this property you acknowledge and agree to follow and abide by all rules and hold host harmless for any injuries or liability resulting from not following rules.

- Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property. Only registered guests are allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of booking fees.
- Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years old. No exceptions.
- We require the names and ages of all guests staying on property.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM. Please be aware that the property is equipped with a noise monitoring system to ensure compliance. In the unfortunate event of excessive noise disruptions where guests do not comply with repeated requests to reduce noise, Guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately and will forfeit booking fees.
- No smoking inside the home. Ashtrays are provided on decks, porches and outdoor barn where smoking is allowed.
- Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run dishwasher upon check out.
- Please stagger showers as property is on a well.
- Do not place hot pans or baking trays directly on countertops to avoid damage.
- Parking is provided on both gravel driveways and carport and is suitable for up to 10 vehicles..
- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference, but please turn off lights when not in use.
- The fridge may be used to store food, but please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.
- Please do not rearrange any furniture.
- Make sure the fire pit is extinguished when done using.
- Please be sure to leave the property in the condition you found it. Management reserves the right to charge extra cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition outside of the check out instructions.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Because this is a vacation rental community, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
