Booked this for my companies Leadership Team offsite (CEO, VP's, etc). They LOVED it. The home and property is beautiful and well outfitted - it had everything we needed. And the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We're already talking about our text offsite and we just left today!

This house is amazing! We stayed there with my family and the experience was nothing short of perfection. The house is very clean and modern while the second house is more of the cabin type. We had kids staying in the cabin with all the fun things to do while the adults stayed in the modern house. They thought of every detail. My family did not want to leave. We give this place 5 stars without hesitation. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

We had a party of 13 and the houses and rooms were nice and clean. This is an amazing property, from the mountain views to the birds chirping in the morning. The landscaping and all the amenities with the house were very nice. Private gated entrances and a nice covered parking. All the rooms were exceptional in size and our grandkids enjoyed the game room. Overall very exceptional property with a great hostess who was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you Tracy. My family had a wonderful stay....

Tracy was an amazing host!! She answered all of my questions quickly and kindly! She was very accommodating to our family! The houses are amazing, the view is to die for and we had the most beautiful sunsets! The houses are very well stocked along with extra thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend Three Sisters Retreat to families looking to stay and gather and make memories in the Dahlonega area!

Amazing Retreat Location

Beautiful venue!

We celebrated my niece's wedding and were amazed with how beautiful the whole ceremony and reception. All the staff were so helpful and organized and the place was very nice with incredible mountain views.

We had an amazing time at our 2025 Family Retreat. Both homes on the property had beautiful decor and amenities to suit every purpose for our trip. The Dizzy Donkey and the Tractor made for some memorable and photogenic moments. The hosts were indeed SUPER. Highly recommend this property for other families to enjoy!!

We visited Dahlonega for my sister’s wedding and needed a place where everyone could come together comfortably. This was the perfect location. Not only did it accommodate all of us with ease, but there was also plenty for everyone to enjoy.We spent a lot of time in the Dizzy Donkey space playing lawn games and cards, while the younger adults especially loved having their own area to play pool and other games. The outdoor fire pit became one of our favorite gathering spots each evening.The bedrooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again. Thank you, Tracy, for helping make our family weekend so special!

Vacation with ALL the kids

Stayed here with my wife, 7 kids, and 5 of the kids spouses/partners. Was very relaxing and a great spot to enjoy North Georgia. The Manor House (Cabin) was full of fun activities and perfect for the family; however, my wife and I stayed in the Overlook home and I love it so much. It is very open and I loved the design. Highly recommed!

What a gem!

We were blown away by this house! We were able to spread out and also gather together in multiple spaces. Watching the sunset was one of our favorite parts. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy for our big family dinners. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is absolutely gorgeous—better than the pictures—and made for such a relaxing getaway. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and adaptable, which made everything smooth and stress-free.The house itself was very clean and well-stocked with all the staple items, dishes, and essentials we needed. We also really appreciated the detailed directions provided for using all of the house’s perks—it made settling in easy. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.We stayed here while celebrating a friend’s birthday, and all of our guests were so impressed with the features and accommodations. New chapter: 1st Family Reunion with Surprise

We arrived at the property in complete awe of how beautiful the entire land and location was. It was exactly what the pictures portrayed. First off the cleaning crew did an amazing job with the turnover. The views of the mountains were just heaven and the rooms from the modern home and the rustic cabin home were so delightful to see the sunset and sunrise. We were able to catch both. The firepit was located just perfectly with an awesome setup. I will never forget this trip

Our weekend at the Three Sisters Retreat was absolutely amazing! The house offered ample space for our entire group—10 adults and 9 children—and never once felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat together, relax, and enjoy time both indoors and outdoors.The outdoor space was a highlight for our family. The kids loved sipping hot chocolate by the fire and playing catch in the yard, making memories we’ll treasure for years. The location was perfect—just a few miles from Dahlonega, which made it easy for us to attend the Christmas parade and visit with Santa. It truly added a magical touch to our weekend.The bedrooms were exceptional, especially for families with young children. Having enough space to comfortably accommodate cribs made a huge difference and allowed everyone to rest well.Communication with the host was outstanding—responses were immediate, incredibly kind, and so helpful. You can truly feel how much care goes into ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.We travel together once a year, and this trip has already been ranked as one of our very best. We couldn’t recommend Three Sisters Retreat more highly and would absolutely love to return!
