Enjoy and relax this summer in this NEW coastal themed home in Acadia Landing. Just a short drive to everything or skip the traffic and drive the back roads to public transportation with lots of free parking! Within minutes of Lewes and Rehoboth beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, DE State Parks, Cape Henlopen Bike Trail, and so much more. The first booking in AUGUST will enjoy *complimentary guest passes to COASTAL CLUB, a resort style pool and clubhouse with amazing amenities including poolside food and beverage service, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and swim up bar. Children can enjoy the life guarded splash park, and giant water slide among the beautiful tropical landscape. After your daily fun you and your guests can return to Acadia and rest comfortably either in the main suite boasting a king size bed (with lots of cool pillows) or one of three other queen size sleeping berths. Be sure to enjoy the breeze overhead and turn on the ceiling fans! Enoy a cool evening outside on the patio in front of the fireplace or after grilling a great meal. Plan your beach adventure with complimentary beach gear and towels all included. Pack lightly for the whole family and enjoy this coastal abode as it is fully equipped for your vacation pleasure. *Pool in neighborhood is still under construction*

Great property in a Beautiful new neighborhood!
My friends and I go to Rehoboth every year and we always like to find a local rental that is large, and relatively close to the beach. We were beyond pleased with this property, and the kindness of Ann Marie the host. The entire vacation was wonderful this year. We had a small issue with a system glitch that caused a double booking, but the host was on it immediately and ill all worked out well in the end. Thank you again Ann Marie! Looking forward to renting from you in the future.
