Great time with family at this property. Comfortable living space. Comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Nice recreation room. Great heated pool and ocean is an easy walk. Publix Grocery delivery was on point. Would highly recommend.

Good family oriented house, amenities came in handy on a couple of rainy days. Shared with family on A side with 11 kids and only heard them when they were in the shared pool. Plenty of beach chairs available.

The location and beach was beautiful. We had such an amazing time making memories with the family. Only complaint was there were still people in the house making beds at 4:00pm at check in time and there were different house keeping things that were subpar.

Sea Glass was a perfect setting for our family vacation. The house and pool were very clean. We were unable to get in the door upon arrival, but the maintenance man came in 10 minutes to replace the lock. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Overall the property was very family friendly. We had more than enough room for 6 adults, 2 children and one dog. The kitchen was well supplied with all the needed utensils, pots, pans etc to cook family meals. There was adequate storage and two refrigerator/freezers. The view of the ocean from the main floor and deck was amazing. Great spot for a morning coffee or evening beverage. The pool was clean and offered a break from the ocean. Access to the ocean was very easy. An easy walk with only a few steps to the sand. Beach chairs and shabumi were I excellent condition. The game room on the first floor was popular with everyone. Communication with the host was excellent.

As related to host, property was filthy & needed major attention prior to renting again. “Not our norm” she said, asking for pics to see what we saw, and offering a next day cleaning crew..disrupting our family time..to do what should have been done before occupancy. This kind of nasty/neglect does not happen overnight. We pay thousands for a yearly week of peace/relaxation & have to go out & purchase products to clean the rental & launder bedding before you can rest is not OK. We’re a family of professionals & wordy/negative reviews aren’t our norm whereas, excellent boxes & list as a return is but, with this unit we could not. Long overdue neglect, & lack of owner supervision/accountability must be addressed. Clean sinks w/caked toothpaste, clean toilets w/??? content, tubs w/heavy grim rings, shower rods barely attached, bathrooms smelling horrible w/clogged sinks & P-traps, micro falling off the wall, unlevel range, by at least an inch, makes cooking difficult the safety issues, coffee pot encrusted inside, washer emitting oily substance onto clothes, broken door knobs requiring hip bump to open, kitchen cabinets were roach crumb feasts, stained, smelly sofas we covered to sit on, floors beyond dirty beneath the sand, vac spewing out instead of collecting, food in freezer, grill left w/chunky food particles, both nono’s, badly stained/smoke infused comforters required laundering before use were some long overdue issues we paid for & all unacceptable by any measure!

Beautiful place, perfect for the 4 couples and 5 children! The pool was very warm, more like a hot tub, and we had one very small issue, but the hostess was very quick to communicate and we felt well taken care of. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed!

Oceanfront Family Fun

Our family of ten, 6 adults and 4 children, had a wonderful week on the beach. There is plenty to do from boogie boarding and sandcastles on the beach to foseball and pool inside. It was extremely hot the week we stayed, but the ocean and pool kept us cool and busy. The island also has miniature golf, arcades, and water park. Emerald Isle is a great family place. This was our third trip to the island with our family and we will definitely return in the future.

We had an overall great stay at Sea Glass West. When minor issues arose the host was very responsive and quick to offer a solution. It is as pictured and was clean.

Sea Glass West Family Beach Trip

10 of us in all. 4 children ages 5-12 and 6 adults. The home had everything we needed for the week and Jessica was VERY prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was GREAT!!! And very short distance to the beach. Everything was very convenient and was lacking nothing.
