Beautiful place, amazing neighborhood

This place was a last minute find for some of our out of town staff to stay in for a few weeks. Such a gorgeous property and the property manager was fantastic and communicated so quickly. The only thing I would like to mention is that the apartment having thin floors and the downstairs neighbors caused some unnecessary drama about our people walking through the apartment. Our staff have really early and possibly really late hours. They do not party or do anything extra during these hours but still needed to walk around the floors to get ready for their workday and the neighbor just wasn't understanding at all. The property manager was so amazing and understanding in handling the situation. I would 100% recommend this stay to everyone. The location was close to everything and the neighborhoods local festivals.

I have lived in Chicago for over 20 years with 2 kids, I have lots of knowledge about the city and what it offers. Roscoe Village is a charming and laidback “village within the city” neighborhood with casual taverns, local shops, and cute cafes that spill out onto the sidewalks during the warm weather months.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood offers a village-like life style in the city of Chicago. It has a nickname 'stroller village' as many families choose it for raising their children. It's an ideal place for raising my 2 kids. It has great schools, parks, lots of baseball litter leagues, and close to Wrigley Field! It's surrounded by shops and restaurants; Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs Home) is 20 - 25 minutes walking distance away; walking to Wrigley Field is very pleasant since it passes lovely Southport Corridor shopping area. All the conveniences are in walking distances.
