Our stay was perfect for our needs. We had enough space for everyone and the location was within minutes of the events we were attending. Arin was very communicative, the space was exceptionally clean, and it looks exactly like the pictures.

A fantastic place to stay if you're in the KC metro. The home was spotless, cozy, and had a lot of personal touches that I haven't encountered in any other rentals I've stayed in. It was also in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a soccer game and the home is located just 10 minutes down the road from Sporting Park, the Speedway, and all the amenities in the Legends area. We will definitely plan on staying here again the next time we are in town!

Beautiful home. My family and I picked this home because of the game options. The house was in a great area and the neighborhood was pretty and quiet. We had absolutely no issues. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within 2 miles of the home. It was affordable and plenty of room. Definitely worth the stay…great job Arin!

We stayed here with children and grandchildren to attend a wedding. The house was nice, clean, and spacious. Having a garage to park in was great. It is conveniently located off the interstate. It is on a busy street so you would not want to have more than 3 - 4 cars which would all need to be in the garage or driveway. The checkout process was very easy — easier than other VRBOs we have stayed at.
