Come enjoy a renovated FAMILY FRIENDLY 99 year old home. You get the comfort of being in a home that in not far from the downtown area of Georgetown. You are conveniently located in between Charleston and Myrtle Beach so you can choose either location to visit while you are enjoying your vacation. The house has a large sectional, big screen tv, washer and dryer, amazing fridge that makes craft ice and gas stove. Outside you will get to enjoy a firepit while the littles get to enjoy a treehouse. This property is great for relaxing and close to the Sampit River.
