Perfect for our retreat!

Very well appointed and clean. The layout was perfect for us. Our plan is to go there again for our next elder's retreat. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location

We were in Moyock for a few days and couldn’t find a place close to where we needed to be until we found the OBX and Va Beach getaway home. Checkin and out was easy. Most importantly it was only 9 minutes to our destination. If we go back, we would definitely stay at the property again.

Perfect townhouse!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed its amenities as much as the location to our family nearby. We enjoyed the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning, washer and dryer to launder clothes and towels, and appreciated the extras! This home was relaxing and very clean!

Great place

Great place! We were in between houses (military) and this was the perfect place for us. It could use more items in the kitchen- baking sheet, can opener, and etc. But other than that this place was perfect and communication with owner was great.

Overall great

This appears to be a very new short term rental. Part of the housing development is still under construction. The good news- the home is SUPER clean still! The down side, it lacks a few things that come along with more seasoned rentals that will likely get added over time. Be prepared for lots of stairs with the row house layout! If you are looking for a place to stay in Moyock like we were (we have family who live in town), it's a good choice as there are not any hotel options in town!
