Special Notes • This home was recently purchased and updates will be made between rentals. While the overall layout and amenities will remain the same, some furnishings or décor may vary slightly from photos at the time of booking. (The photo of the kitchen has been updated with AI to show what it is going to look like after we paint the walls and cabinets.) • The canal water level is influenced by wind and weather rather than tides. Water levels can vary, and we cannot guarantee or predict conditions during your stay. There is not a dock available only clears on the bulkhead. • The property is not fenced along the waterfront. Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors or near the water. • Due to the waterfront setting, guests may encounter bugs, insects, or local wildlife. Routine pest control is in place, and the screened porch helps reduce insects; however, occasional sightings are normal in coastal environments.
