Art Farm in Midtown Retro and Peaceful w/Hot Tub

Retro, peaceful, 3-bedroom 2.5 bath Art Farm, in a lovely, connected location in the heart of Midtown Tulsa. Come rest and connect with family and friends, set aside the demands of day-to-day life, and make meaningful memories. It is a private retro sanctuary in the city, with an outdoor hot tub, large green backyard, side yard with outdoor seating looking over the green park across the street.

The space:

Art Farm has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, with a large TV in the living room a vintage Steinway piano, a unique antique record player, cozy seating. Just off the kitchen is an office if you need to do a little work during your stay. The primary bedroom and en suite are downstairs with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bathroom in the hall. Just outside the upstairs bedrooms there is a small game area with a standup Atari and multiple other games for your enjoyment.
Home features all flat screen smart TV’s with fast Wi-Fi for your streaming needs in the living room and primary bedroom. Adult and child-friendly home with a fully fenced backyard.

Close to Utica Square and Brookside for great shopping and dining experiences. Also, nearby is the Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kinds of culinary delights!

You can find time to soak in beauty and wonder inside and outside the home, and we hope after your stay you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and with many joyful moments to look back on.

Perfect Reading Retreat Location!

We had an incredible time staying at the Art Farm in Midtown. It was close to everything we needed with plenty of room for reading, crafting, and eating together. We hope to come back again and enjoy this spot in the fall!

Amazing place

We all agreed that this was the best rental we have ever stayed in. A rare find where it's even better than the pictures and description! This place is extremely well stocked and cabinets are marked to find what you need quickly. The place was spotless and decorated so cute. We enjoyed cooking, the big dining table, the hot tub, had a fire and grilled!

The house is amazing. It’s advertised as 3 bedrooms but there’s also an enclosed office and huge walk in closet, making it feel much bigger! Our 2-year old slept in the walk-in closing using the provided pack-n-play. The hosts really thought of everything. Kids plates, cookware, charging stations everywhere, local speciality coffee, the list goes on!! Plus the location is our favorite for Tulsa…right across from a wonderful park with a playground and tennis courts, walkable to trendy Brookside, and a short drive to Gathering Place. This is our new go-to rental for annual trips to visit family in midtown Tulsa.

Best 3 bedroom in Tulsa

This sweet rental has everything you will need; all labeled and in pristine condition. There is great attention to detail in this house including high quality sheets, towels, pillows and authentic mid century furnishings. It is quite comfortable and nicely accommodates a large group gathering for a meal or watching television. The host was very responsive. We have rented three different homes in Tulsa and this is by far our favorite.

Lots of space & Great location!

We traveled with our family of 5- 3 kids ages 12, 8, and 5 and this place was perfect! We had plenty of space for us all, the house was stocked with lots of small details that we really appreciated (coffee, spices, foil, even toe nail clippers!) hot tub was nice, and we even played some family games that were inside the house too. My boys were bummed about the pac man arcade not working, but they said hopefully next time we come it will be back in order :) small park, tennis court, and walking trail right across the street also was nice! Great location!!!We stay in Tulsa every year for my sons wrestling tournament and this is by far my favorite we have stayed in :) we will be back!

Family Thanksgiving in Tulsa

We had wonderful stay. My daughter and 2 1/2 yr old grandson and I were in Tulsa for Thanksgiving with extended family. Silvia thought of everything. The charging stations in the bedrooms was so thoughtful. We loved having the stroller and the wagon. There is a Pak and Play, but we didn't need that. The kids books were great. The park is literally across the street with swings and slides. The decor is artistic and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is large and well equipped. I was able to make a pumpkin pie and my daughter made corn pudding for Thanksgiving. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. And Whole Foods, Reasor's and Trader Joe's are less than a mile away. We didn't use the hot tub, but I appreciate that it was warm, just in case! The next time we come to Tulsa, I hope it is available. I will definitely stay here again.
