Once you enter the Resort, the view on either side of you will amaze you, beginning with the tranquil Falls Waterfall to your right and the Vegas Strip to your left. A touch of Italian Renaissance greets you once you reach the gated community with incredible statues and architecture.

Once you have arrived at the Villa, you will be greeted with all the amenities of home with our fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area. Open the patio doors to take in the view from the tee box of the 3rd hole of Reflection Bay Golf course.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, washer and dryer, private Master Ensuite which includes a separate stone-tile shower with downpour shower head and a jetted tub. Dual sinks add to the charm. Wake up and see the desert sunrise or relax with the sundown from our private verenda. 2 walk in closets and a King Sized bed complete our Master Bedroom.

Our two Bedrooms located down the hall provide all the comforts of home with a Queen sized bed in one room and two twins in the other. All Bedrooms are equipped with Flat Screen TVs.

Located mere steps from the Villa is LaCasa Di Agio Community Clubhouse. There is an indoor kitchen with a full sized fridge, food preparation area as well as a full oven range. The 3,500 square foot clubhouse features a cutting-edge fitness center, game room, club room, and a multi-terrace pool area with a Renaissance-style spa grotto, sunning beds, water gardens, formal pool,cabanas, cool-off rain showers, and a outdoor 'living room' with fireplace and barbecue center. '
