Clean place. Parking was good. Communication was fantastic. More reservation documentation requirements than we have experienced in the past but the staff was very helpful

Nice view but inaccurate discription!

The place was clean and the view was nice. However, the decor was substantially different than on the VRBO site and was not as nice. The BIG lie was that there was not a king size bed as stated in the description on the VRBO site. Also, all the beds were very squeaky! Accordingly, my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable all weekend getting little to no sleep over the two nights we were there! Additionally, there were spiders in the unit and my husband ended up getting bit. You should be more open and honest in your promotional material. Lying about bed sizes is terrible!!! I will not a return customer.

The bed sizes that were on the listing when you brought this to our attention was the sleeping arrangements at a different unit on the same property. We truly apologize for this mix-up and we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can make the appropriate corrections. Our Terramar Cliffs property was just purchased earlier this year and the owner is still in the process of redecorating and we are taking photos through this process, so we apologize that the listing photos were not entirely up-to date during your stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the beds, and we are so sorry that you and your husband did not get the best sleep during your stay. We truly apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your reservation.
