The Cons: Amanda, the host was friendly at first but then ghosted us when problems arouse. The house is not set up properly for VRBO quests which is the property managers job. The internet does not reach beyond the master, The one smart TV is small and oddly above the bar and is too far from the router to watch movies. My husband works remotely and was extremely frustrated. We asked Amanda to install an extender which is only about 60, we rented this place for 6 weeks at 15,000 and she blew us off. We ended up buying it and installing it ourselves. The couch in the TV room is extremely uncomfortable and was full of food crumbs and there is no vacuum in the house. We live in snow country and picked this house to be able to enjoy evenings outside but the security lights are censored and blast on with movement, so you can't be out there at night. The fireplace and fire pit are not for guests. The one guest room shower is only for gymnasts that can do a backbend, it is so low. the other is a trickle that never gets hot.Pros: The kitchen is wonderful with full mountain views and everything you could want. We loved the location and the hiking trail right outside the door. The pool and hot tub are great. We loved the vibes of the house with its big windows and fun layout. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe feeling. It is a wonderful house in a gorgeous mountain setting and once a few glitches are fixed, we would give it 5 stars all day long.
