With three bedrooms, this home offers plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, providing convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen bed, while the other features a bunk bed (twin up top and full below), perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests.

The large deck is an ideal spot for sunbathing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The expansive driveway and one extra garage space provides ample parking space, a rarity in Mission Beach.

The host is fantastic, and the location can't be beat. But the place is very old, dated, and dirty. I believe the kitchen has been remodeled and is well stocked, but the rest of the house is in very poor condition.

We had 3 adults and 4 teens, unit had more than enough room for us all. You can see the beach from the second story patio, quick walk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The location is absolutely perfect super close to the beach, and walking distance to a lot of really good restaurants. We loved the roof top deck you can see, and hear the ocean. We drive a Yukon XL and was worried about parking, but the parking spot on the side had a ton of room. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place! Has a great beach view, was very clean and had a lovely balcony. Also great parking - had a driveway and a garage. Amazing location, right off the beach and only a few minutes walk to Belmont park. The property manager, Brittany, was super helpful and pleasant. Had beach toys and chairs, new appliances, really it was overall great. The only critique is it is a bit loud in terms of hearing other unit and outside passersby.

Ava Birthday Family Beach Time

The location was great and having the additional parking made this a better stay than our last experience. We were short bed linens for a couple of our family members that stayed in the family room. luckily we had extra blankets from our cars. The initial pricing for the per night rate was very appealing but once you add all of the fees this was more expensive than planned. Great place to stay - and the location couldn't have been better so close to Belmont. Loved the artwork that was personal to the condo itself. Thank you

We have a large SUV. It’s hard to find parking. This place accommodates a large SUV. Very clean inside with full supply of kitchen equipment. Rooms are excellent with a nice ocean breeze through it. Nice upstairs patio with views. Location is close to Belmont and our kids loved the rides, the plunge and even Bonita Cove park. No negatives for this property. Easy to communicate with manager. 2 thumbs up

The pictures on the web site are old!!! Very old.

The place was very run down. Pull out couches did not pull out, furniture was worn, doors did not work, in fact one bedroom door to the deck had a note not to use because the track was bent, light bulbs were burnt out, the charcoal grill’s lid had no handle, the shared gas grill was so rusted I would not cook my dogs dinner on it, one bed had a ripped mattress with a board for support, etc. We felt completely misled by the condition of this property. There was duck tape patching something on the living room ceiling. I DO NOT recommend this property whatsoever.

Thanks for the feedback. We apologize for the situation. Had long discussion with the new property management. Replaced with brand new patio set, grill and screen doors, etc. Handyman has spent two days in the unit fixing, painting and cleaning up, some mattresses and furnitures are in the process of being replaced this week. Starting now, we will do routine maintenances to ensure it is in the proper condition. Would really like to obtain timely feedback so we can correct any issues right away.

good location but...

We stayed here on a recent trip to San Diego. We are a family of 6 (teens and older) and found this to be a nice location to the beach but overall we would not choose to stay here again. For the cost of our stay we expected a bit more including a better stocked home ( no beach towels-even though we were right next to the beach, we had to use our bath towels which left us short for showers etc., no beach chairs, no outdoor water to wash off sand after being at the beach, the kitchen appliances are very outdated) and it wasn't very clean when we arrived (found clothes in a drawer from a previous tenant). I contacted the owner who told me to contact someone else that was a local manager. That person never returned my inquiries regarding the above items so that also left us feeling like we overpaid for what we got. I would stay in the Mission beach area again, but not here.

Thanks for providing feedback. I will make sure we continue to improve on areas missed. I have requested my cleaning crew to pay attention to empty the drawers during cleaning. I have also discussed with my property manager on failing to call back. I would like to provide a few clarifications. 1. Although no beach towels provided as stated in the hospitality welcome info set, there are many beach chairs in garage area. There is also a outdoor shower on premise for cleaning up sands. Kitchen is original, we are in the process of planning a remodel. However all of the appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, excluding oven) were updated within last few years. Again thank you for taking the time to do the review. We will continue to improve and provide a better customer service.

Prime location!!!

Highly recommend this place if you’re staying at mission beach. It was steps away from the beach and a short walk to Belmont park, food and shopping. The location was prime. We will definitely stay here again.

Family fun at Mission Beach!

Property covered everything we needed and expected from cleanliness, spacious living area, in house washer and dryer. a well stocked kitchen and a full size garage. Would consider future stays! Highly recommend the property to those considering a San Diego beach vacation. Great family rental! A couple of minor things to check the electrical outlet in the East wall of the downstairs bedroom needs replaced and the light to dark control on the toaster is broke. Minnie was easy to communicate and work with!

Perfect Beach House

This was a fantastic location and close to everything. Steps from the beach and being able to see and hear the ocean from the patio was amazing. We loved having the garage. This home had everything, lots of room and when beach towels. Highly recommended!! We had no complaints or issues with anything during our stay!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property was amazing for our 10 person family vacation. Very clean, extremely well stocked, and enough room for all of us. The balcony is amazing and where we ate most of our meals. We even watched dolphins playing in the ocean while eating breakfast one morning. Bunk beds were perfect for the kids. It was great to have 2 parking spots!! Can’t beat the location. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended for larger or multiple families.
