Welcome to the View on Spruce! Located in Andover/Chester with sprawling views overlooking Magic Mountain and surrounding mountain range. Enjoy the outdoor beauty of Vermont with panoramic views on 5+ acres in the pastoral hills of Andover, VT. This 3000sqft property is centrally located to Skiing (15 min to Okemo or Magic; 30 min to Bromley or Stratton) and many of Vermont's most charming towns (10-15 Min to Weston, Chester or Ludlow). Your perfect family friendly, mountain retreat awaits!
The space
Discover comfort and style in our open concept 3000 sqft family home - Primary bedroom and office located on the lofted 2nd floor overlooking the first floor living space and panoramic windows. Secondary bedroom and double bunkbeds room located on the first floor for convenient access for family stays. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck with views of Magic Mountain.

Our downstairs lounge / game space includes card table, an assortment of board games and full size air hockey table. Although we are in the process of updating this space, it is fully inviting to stay-in and play throughout your visit to Vermont.

The house offers a full size garage with 2 indoor parking spots and ample space outside for an additional vehicle if needed. Washer/Dryer is also available in the lower level and tri-zone thermostats should keep all your guest comfortable throughout the house.

Home access will be provided through digital key pads located on both the front door and garage panel.
Other things to note
The driveway is well maintained and caretaker will plow whenever there is more than a few inches of snow fall. However since Vermont winter weather can be severe, we strongly encourage snow tires or four wheel drive during winter months.

The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 8 occupants. Each additional guest beyond this limit incurs a fee of $150 per night.

Pets are not generally permitted; however, exceptions can be made for small, hypoallergenic pets, subject to an additional fee of $100 per night per pet, with a maximum allowance of 1 pets.

Host requires guest to be 25 years of age or above and reserves the right to request a copy of all guests photo IDs. In certain situations a security deposit may be requested.
