Bears, deer, and insects such as ants are common in the area. We are serviced by a regular pest control company but seeing occassional spiders or ants is expected in the mountain cabins.
Mudroom / Shoes / Skis / Boots / Hot Tub
Shoes/boots should remain in mudroom to protect hardwood floors.
Keep mudroom doors closed.
Hot Tub
Enter/exit via heated mudroom. Please wear sandals/shoes from mudroom to hot tub. Please ensure feet are clean of mud/grass before entering the hot tub. These precautions helps prevent tracking water, snow, and dirt inside the house and keep the house insides clean.
Keep lid closed and fastened when not in use to ensure it is hot when you use it again during your stay.
Children must be supervised at all times.
For safety, please don't use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant.
Use at your own risk.

Fireplace & Fire Pit
Both indoor and outdoor fire pits are wood-burning only. Only dried hardwood to be burned in indoor fireplace to avoid smoke and chimney buildup.
Guests responsible for safe use and damages.
Heat & Dehumidifier
Boiler thermostats: keep between 55–75°F.
Basement dehumidifier and sump pump must remain plugged in. Please don't toggle the breaker switches, unless there is an emergency.
Please avoid going into the basement, as it is a crawlspace and does not offer guest amenities.
Smoking / Parties / Pets
No smoking indoors or within close proximity to the building — $250 fee if violated.
No parties or events.
No pets — $1,000 fee + possible removal if violated.
Occupancy
