Cute little home and the host was very responsive. However, the only bathroom has flooring that is bubbling up with nail repairs. Unfortunately, the nails are popping back up as the floor swells which created "obstacles" to navigate. Also, being an older home the heat is not retained well. This is something the owner did communicate, and we were staying in January. There is not mini-split in the second bedroom, which left that room cold unless the door is open.
My husband and I are both University of Oregon graduates, originally from California. We love our dog and going to all the beautiful places Oregon has to offer!
What makes this property unique
This was our first home! We renovated it and lived in it for a year until we decided it would make the perfect short term rental. We hope you love it as much as we do!
