We would definitely stay here again. This was the cleanest rental I have ever been in! Everything was perfect. My only could complain would be the water pressure in the shower was kind of low but other than that, we loved everything about our stay. Also had dinner across the street at the Kenney store and it was delicious!

This house is adorable and relaxing. The hosts were gracious, communicative, and flexible on timing. There is a train that runs nearby multiple times during the day and night, and it's pretty loud. However, even the train did not take away from this being a great house.

We had such a great time at this cute house! It was like staying in a house from Homes and Gardens magazine. So many thoughtful details, including the garden. We were right across the street from the Kenney Store and a short drive to both Brenham and Bellville. Highly recommend a trip to the Lavender Field. Great stay!

I've stayed in many places in my life. I love the peacefulness of staying in a quiet, clean, quaint house. The Barby Haus was by far the cleanest, most tastefully decorated (unbelievably special antiques and touches) yet, completely modern house I've ever stayed in. Not a single guest "welcome detail" is overlooked. Impeccable!
