Step inside this inviting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Turning Leaf comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private attached bathroom with his and her sinks, as well as a relaxing garden tub. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is ideal for the kids with 2 bunk beds – each featuring a full bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bed on top.

Inside, the rental boasts an open floor plan seamlessly connects to the living room and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones. The open living spaces provide the perfect backdrop for quality time together, whether you're playing board games, watching movies, or simply relaxing.

The highlight of the property is the covered lake porch with two ceiling fans and outdoor patio furniture, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Sinclair and the private dock. Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the locked owner and supply closets.

There is a charcoal grill. (Please be sure to bring your own charcoal)

Nearest boat ramp is off Carrs Station Rd. 10 minutes from the property by car. You can tie your boat or jetski off at the dock. No boat ramp available. The water level is 10ft at the dock.

Property is across the water from Crooked Creek Marina. 10-15 minute boat ride.
Guests do not have access to the boat on the lift.
