ABOUT THE RANCH:
This architectural ranch house gem is curated with a unique, midcentury modern, rustic ranch house flare. The one-story ranch house is built around the heated, saltwater pool, oversized sundeck, and shade cabana.

Designed to cater to the needs of up to 10 people, the resort-like amenities offer luxury at every turn. Each room has its own redwood deck, soft robes, and luxurious bamboo sheets.

The spacious, fully fenced, 2.5-acre property features a hot tub under the stars, two fire pits, bocce ball and petanque courts, a horseshoes pit, corn hole, several hammocks, a K-9 corral , BBQ grill, and a Zen Garden labyrinth around a Joshua Tree, and a beautiful saltwater pool.

Inside the house, you'll find two fireplaces, Starlink high-speed internet, 5 Samsung smart TVs, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, a Ninja blender, a wireless printer, Technique turntable, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, and lots of board games and puzzles.

Although you will feel as if you are staying in your own remote oasis on the edge of civilization, all the needed conveniences are close at hand. There is a convenience store about a mile away, as well as multiple restaurants and bars within five minutes of the ranch, including the world-famous La Copine. The Integratron, and Giant Rock are very close by as well. If you need to make a run into town for groceries, restaurants, or shopping, Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree are just 15 minutes down the hill. If you are feeling like a day trip, Palm Springs is just 45 minutes away. If you head 45 minutes up the mountain, you'll find yourself in the charming, Alpine village of Big Bear Lake.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire 2.5-acre Ranch is yours to use. There is a security camera at the front gate and a Ring security doorbell camera at the front door. All of the various onsite ameneties are at your disposal as well, including the saltwater pool and hot tub.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Heating of the pool is included at no additional charge during swimming season. Swim season is defined as April through October. During the shoulder months of March and November, the pool may be heated free of charge on days with a high temp of 65 degrees or more.

If you would like to have the pool heated outside of these times, pool heat can be provided for a fee. This can be discussed prior to your arrival.
