Why guests keep coming back:
Mornings start on the balcony with coffee and tree canopy views. Afternoons are split between the pool and the ocean — both less than five minutes from where you're standing. Evenings happen around the tiki bar and grill, then migrate inside to the game room. Repeat for however many nights you booked, and wish you'd booked more.

The house delivers on every front:
The kitchen seats 14 and has everything you need to cook real meals. The living room opens onto the balcony through sliding glass doors. Every bedroom has a Smart TV and hotel-quality bedding — four kings, one room with two twins, one room with four twins — so large families and mixed groups both sleep comfortably. The en-suite rain shower in the primary bedroom is worth calling out specifically.

The location is the real edge.
Driessen Beach Park is right next door. That means a natural boardwalk to the beach, plus park amenities — playground, grills, restrooms — without sharing a parking lot with half the island. You're also 3 miles from Shelter Cove and under 10 from Harbour Town. Central to everything, but tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat.

Perfect multi-family getaway

This home was perfect for our two families (10 adults) - bedroom/bed layout, ample room in the dining/kitchen/living, lower-level for game nights and July 4th celebration with the Tiki Bar. The private pool was a bonus for a quick dip or a day-off from the beach. The home location being just minutes from the boardwalk to the beach was ideal for come and go without having to worry about loading up cars and parking. Will certainly choose this property when out travels take us back to HH island!

This house is beautiful. We had 4 families with children from toddler ages all the way to teenagers. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach daily. It was only a 10 minute walk from the house and we spent every minute away from the beach at the pool located in the back yard. There are TVs in every room with easily accessible Disney+. My favorite part about the house was “all of it”. There were beach wagons to assist in moving gear to the beach and the house was extremely clean and cool. It was a great place to spend the 4th of July with a large group. A+ rental destination.

This is a beautiful property, the beach was a 5-6 minute walk through the park which is all paved so it’s smooth and easy. The wagon provided by the house was extremely helpful. The decor in the house was beautiful and the beds were the best I have ever slept in on vacation. We did have to call the host and home rental property with a few issues with the house, the rental company addressed these issues immediately and made follow up calls as when to expect the service man showing up and a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly and to see if there was anything else we needed. The efficiency in getting the dryer running again and a door hing fixed was so fast, it’s very rare to find this kind of service. The only cons to this house is the size of the pool, I figured it was small based on pictures, but with our five kids we brought, there was barely room for two adults to get in to sit and it gets really hot on the patio. My only other suggestion is to add some plastic plates to the house. I was a little nervous taking ceramic plates out by the pool with the kids. We all had an amazing stay and I would recommend this house to friends and family in the future!
