Clean and sparkling villa with great views of the resort and ocean. My family enjoyed eating on the lanai every morning. Ko’olina is a perfect spot on the island to stay with minimal traffic and plenty of shopping/eating options. Would recommend to anyone.

Spent a week at this beautiful condo and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Ko Olina is in a great part of the island and this condo made the stay very enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave! We were a family of five with college aged kids and were very comfortable. Had a small issue with the washer/dryer which was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend staying here!!! Don’t hesitate to book!!!

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina offer a boutique experience of the larger resorts that flank it. Immaculately maintained grounds, friendly staff and easy access to a much less crowded lagoon. The Marriott is beautiful, as is the Four Seasons (Disney is there too, but it doesn’t count - it’s where parents mortgage their own childhood wishes) - the Beach Villas sits in the middle of it all. A quiet island gem

This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas (first time in this unit) and we had a great time. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower, which is a little farther from the beach (vs the Beach Tower building) but not significantly, plus we still had an ocean view from the lanai (which also overlooks the lap/quiet pool). The Ocean Tower also houses the gym, so you get a lot of motivation to either workout in the gym or go swim laps while on vacation! We stayed here with our kids and it was perfect for our needs. Also really appreciated the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, wagon, cooler, snorkels, flippers, etc). Easy check in/out both with the front desk and in the unit itself. Great experience, mahalo!

We chose to stay at this property for a family wedding. The view from this unit was amazing and it has great access to the pool. The kitchen was well appointed and it was nice to have beach towels, chairs and a wagon to carry everything. There were a few issues with this unit that required repair during our stay. The owners did respond quickly by opening work tickets with the management company. Most issues were resolved by the time we left.

The location was amazing and the beach was fantastic. A car is required but then you’re close to everything because the island isn’t very big. Sitting on the lanai watching the evening sky was a great way to end our day!
