This 2 bed / 2 bath, second floor unit (elevator access) on Harbor Watch Dr is close to many attractions in Petoskey. There is a full Kitchen with bar and stools, Dining Room, and Living Room with 75" HD flat screen TV. The Living Room opens to a small balcony offering a glimpse of Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan. The unit also has a washer and dryer and air conditioning. Complex includes an onsite Fitness Center (open 24/7) and large common area lounge.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower.

A code is required to enter the building.

Downtown Petoskey and Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan are both just over one mile to the north. Shopping, dining and other attractions are within a half mile of this condo.
