Host was great to communicate with. It was not the place that was in the pictures. Everything was great though, we enjoyed it. It does need new kitchen pots and pans though, also some kitchen towels and dishrags.

Great property close to the airport!

Nice place to stay with easy access to the airport. Property was very clean and nicely decorated. All instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Much nicer and quieter than staying at an airport hotel!

Quiet Weekend

The condo is in an excellent location with quick travel times to both downtown Tempe and Phoenix. The area was quiet and the property was easy to access. The communication from the host was clear and they were quick with their replies.

Nice location in Phoenix, and a comfortable townhouse. Communication with the owner was terrific and we appreciated when they brought a new microwave as it was helpful in meal preparation. The A/C is very noisy but fortunately closing the bedroom doors at night helped. Our only suggestions would be to stock the kitchen with more silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and cups and microwave dishes as all of that was very limited.

Our stay was to celebrate Thanksgiving with our adult son. Check-in was good. Checkout was good, 10:00 AM., The kitchen was good. The property was quiet. Neighbors were friendly. Plenty of clean towels. Laundry on site. We never used the pool. The complex was clean. The overall property was average. The location is ideal for our daily walks, easy access to grocery stores, interstate travel, etc. The bedroom are upstairs, which was not a concern until I thought we were going to fall through the floor just walking to the bathroom. Especially the noise in the middle of the night, wowza!
