Enjoy your morning coffee on the East deck overlooking the pool and sunset cocktails overlooking the fountain to the West.. Additional amenities include tennis courts, community small boat dock, play area, BBQ grills, plus access to oceanfront swimming pool and sun deck for Starboard guests only. Private walkway to beach. Wireless internet is provided. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels for this property. Non-smoking and no pets. ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS, but golf carts are allowed and count as 1 vehicle.
