Beautiful home. All the comforts of home and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Wasps nest in the back light of sliding door. My grandson was stung by 3 times when he opened the door. We had to spend money to kill the wasps and knock down the nest. I contacted the office to report in addition the refrigerator was leaking. There was water all over the floor in which my daughter almost fell. Although its states it cools-it does not. We threw away half of the food we purchased because it was too warm. I called the emergency number and left a message on Saturday with no response. I sent them another message on Sunday before checkout. The office sent me a email later that afternoon. She stated she did not receive a voicemail when I clearly have it on my phone log. Needless to say it was was not a pleasant stay. The house is beautiful however the upkeep and maintenance and the lack of response was horrible.
