This was a great find, walking distance to the Hiram Bithorn baseball stadium (we were here for the World Baseball Classic) and Plaza Americas Mall. Easy to find, had a parking spot, plus street spaces if needed. It was clean, confortable, and had all the basic amenities needed. An issue with a sink leak popped up but was attended to quickly and easily. I had to message prior to arrival to get information about check in and out, but responses were quick and contained all the info needed. I do wish there was a welcome book at the house with local info and instructions. We had a great stay and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

I highly recommend this property. Ricardo was a great host, communicated with me about any questions I had. Neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful away from the touristy crowds. Property was spacious and felt like home.

Place feels like home, the host Ricardo is super good and helped us with every request we had. The places looks like newly build and has everything a small family needs. Very clean and great communication with the host. Would highly highly rate it.

PERFECT!

If you dont want to stay in a tourist area but want a feel for PR and the daily life this is a perfect place to stay in , walking distance from the mall , food and amenities . Clean and spacious with wifi and more . The host responded quick to any inquiries would highly recommend

Comfortable and Convenient

Ricardo was very helpful. Apt had all the necessary amenities. Easy 15 min drive to Old San Juan and San Juan Beaches. Bed was comfortable. Turn shower to the Blue symbol for hotest water. Hot water takes a minute to arrive and flucuates a bit sometimes.
