We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay. This will be a return destination for us. We loved the area, and the close proximity of many of the best restaurants in Pagosa Springs. This was one of the best two weeks we have spent out of the valley.

Great location, very clean housing, amazing price and friendly helpful staff. Took one point off for the listing as a suite with balcony (we wanted to enjoy the morning sunrises) but were given a suite facing the parking lot instead with no balcony, but as we checked in late at night and were too tired to do anything it’s partly on us. Overall very good experience and would definitely stay again, just will verify with front desk we get a balcony next time!

Communication early on was extremely difficult. Listed Phone number was disconnected. Took many days to get a reservation confirmation and the website never did show it to be confirmed. Very nerve racking! The stay was great! Loved the location within the community. The gym was one of the best I've ever seen at a resort. Condo was clean and roomy. My only complaint was mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
