A great property and great staff. Any issues we had were immediately resolved and the staff was warm and kind. Can't say enough about how great the property was as well. Next time we're in the area we'll definitely be staying here again!

The unit we stayed in was such a great floor plan and worked perfectly for me and my son. The unit was near the water and we enjoyed sitting in the picnic table at the waters edge every evening and watching the sunset. The location was convenient to the town and other amenities. I also loved the fragrance of the soaps and lotions. I would definitely stay here again. My son and boyfriend both thought it was a great find and place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Wyndham Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek was a 35-40 minute drive away. The rooms and space were wonderful for our family of four.

This was a fabulous property! Backs up to a large pond with geese and a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. Very quiet. The unit itself is very spacious and well proportioned. Much more space than we expected. Kitchen has everything you need with nice new appliances. Washer and dryer was a bonus we weren’t expecting. Comfortable beds.The resort property is also fabulous with many things to do and incredibly gracious hosting staff. Check-in process was a breeze, and we availed ourselves of the miniature golf and pool tables. Great location convenient to everything in Pagosa Springs.Incredible bargain for the price and we will be back!

Clean, quiet place to stay

Unit was clean and well appointed. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Very nice kitchen, living area and balcony. A/C worked overtime. Would definitely recommend - will book again.

The stay was good, we always enjoy Wyndham properties. There was a lot of things to do at the resort not to mention all the things pagosa has to offer. However, there were a ton of spider webs inside and outside the property, quite a few broken blinds, one missing shower curtain, and a broken window. We also did lose power the last night of our stay but that affected the whole county and not just us. Altogether we would definitely come back just would not have as high of expectations of this particular Wyndham.
