About this property

2 Bedrm / 2 Bath Myrtle Beach Family Friendly Condo. Newly updated throughout!!

This condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit located at the Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2 queen beds in the master bedroom as well as 2 full-size beds and a sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom. We have done lots of updating recently including all new appliances, new wood flooring throughout the unit, new mattresses, 3 HD TVs with Roku, Amazon Echo, Bluetooth stereo, Nintendo Classic, and more.

We provide all linens, towels, dishware and silverware (the kitchen comes fully equipped). Guests will have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts located directly across the street from the villa as well as the hot tubs located just a short walk down the sidewalk. There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well (buckets of balls are $5). Please inquire about discounts on greens fees at any of the community's three championship courses.

The villa includes a large swimming pool and well-manicured tennis courts just a few short steps from the front door. The Ailsa Pub offers delicious food and drink daily and is a short 5-minute walk from our unit.

Myrtle Beach major attractions (the beachfront, Broadway at the Beach, major shopping areas, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute driving radius of the property.

Some of our favorite local destinations include Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach, and Rivertown Bistro in nearby Conway.

Parking is free on-site and there are plenty of spots available.

The airport is just 15 minutes by car as well.

Taxi services like Uber will take you anywhere in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental property located at Legends Resort! The condo was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. Parking was extremely convenient, with the lot located directly in view of our unit, which added peace of mind. The owner, Dan, went above and beyond—he checked in multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that our needs were met. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication and location

Dan was wonderful communicating with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend his place especially if you are coming to enjoy all the wonderful golf courses nearby. The pool was right across from the condo and the condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

We had a fabulous time at Dan's property. The location was perfect, private and peaceful. The community was beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Dan was a wonderful host and checked in a few times just to make sure everything was going well. The unit was exceptionally clean and offered us all the amenities we needed for our 2 week stay. The unit is right across from the pool which was great. I felt it was very affordable and a very fair price. I'm already looking into when we can return! Thank you Dan for opening your home to us and allowing us the opportunity for a wonderful vacation!

Comfy beds. Close walk to pool. And close to my mom in Conway are all things we enjoyed. Plus it is short drive to Broadway at the beach. And the mall. Owner checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. If only I played golf the legends golf club looked super nice!

This property is perfect for a Myrtle Beach trip. Located at Legends, so the pro shop/course is only 3 minutes away. 2 dining options without leaving the premises, and the Grumpy Monk nearby without going on the highway. Place was clean, host was excellent at communicating and checked in to make sure everything was going well. All the amenities are there. TV has lots of channels. Parking is right outside and visible from the windows. Golf bag storage immediately inside the front door is a nice feature. Large bedrooms with nice full baths for each. Highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful owners

This two bedroom condo was perfect for my family for a weekend visit to celebrate my mother-in-law‘s 80th birthday. Every room in the condo was clean. The decor was up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great being right across the street from the Tanger Outlets and within the property of the Legends Golf Course. I can’t say enough about the hospitality provided by the owners, Dan and his wife. After our departure as we were driving home, we realized we left a small monitor that my son used to play his Xbox. I contacted Dan and asked if he could ship the monitor to us. Dan did not hesitate and offered to ship it (of course I reimbursed him for the shipping charges). He also checked in on us during our to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Very comfortable space with all the amenities and feel of home! The grounds and facilities were impeccable and beautifully kept! Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful! Dan, the owner of our unit, could not have been nicer...before, during and after our stay. If I had a question or concern, he was never more than a quick text away! Ladies’ Golf Trip

This unit is a great place for 4 golfers. There are 2 beds in each room. Condo was very clean and was within walking distance of the Ailsa Pub. Dan checked in with us several times.

The golf, the beach, the food, the climate. The lists goes on and on. Myrtle Beach is a great all-around destination, not to mention nearby Pawleys Island, Charleston and Wilmington.

We've done a lot of updating since purchasing the property including all new appliances, new flooring, windows, furniture and electronics.

We really enjoy the quiet location at the Legends Resort while still being close to all of Myrtle Beach's major attractions.
