Off street parking for 2 vehicles, storage shed, outside shower and large fenced in back yard. Owner provides 8 beach tags, beach cart, umbrella and 4 beach chairs. Walking distance to everything, beach, dining, recreation, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground and a bay front promenade that offers crabbing, fishing and gorgeous sunsets. 12 x 20 pool with sun shelf.
