Love this place

This little house was perfect, and surprisingly spacious for square footage. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our nearly two week stay. Not only was the place awesome but the hosts were wonderful too. I will definitely stay here again.

We take a family vacation every year. We are originally from Georgia and have frequented Tybee in the past. I was tasked to find a vintage island home and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this cottage. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds. The owners thought of everything including all the gear you need to enjoy your stay. We made great new memories on this trip.

Checkin was smooth. Place was amazing, lots of nice touches throughout house and even a bottle of champagne waiting for us! Great location just blocks from the beach. Such a sweet cottage. The host really made the most of the space. Well appointed and decorated. We were pleasantly surprised. Tons of amenities: stocked kitchen, linens, games and beach gear. This place is a Masterclass in thoughtful hosting and organic design. This was the best short term rental experience I've ever had. From the beautiful screened in porch, to comfortable furniture, generously provided beach chairs and towels (both accommodating even larger figures), a fresh bag of Starbucks coffee, to the stunning art and decor featured throughout the cottage, this house envelopes you in peace and warmth from the moment you arrive. The host responded quickly and was generously flexible. If you're looking for a hideaway from everything, this is it.

Wonderful Stay!

This is one of those places where the photographs are inviting but the reality is even better. It's clear that this historical cottage has been lovingly restored--thanks to the creativity and skill of its owners, it has its original charm but also some wonderful modern touches which make staying there a treat! We loved the porch where we could sit and relax (with the next door neighbor's amazing garden for a backdrop). The artwork on the walls was beautiful. My husband and daughter had fun riding the two bikes that were available for us to use. We also give all the stars possible to the comfort of the beds and the quality of the towels and beach towels and shampoo and soap provided in both baths. Also, this neighborhood (by the lighthouse) is a wonderful one to walk in and provides easy access to the beach. We'll be back again as soon as we are able!

We are pleased to coordinate for additional fees, rentals as needed, through local small businesses: baby gear, kayak, bike, and golf cart rental assistance.
We also provide additional personal care items on as-needed basis (feminine products, hygiene care, first aid) above and beyond our personal care products in the shower (ie shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion). Additional items are available for purchase upon opening or using, such as sunscreen, linen robes, etc.
The best part of being on vacation time is being catered to! We offer fully stocked kitchen groceries and bar packages, balloons or fresh flowers upon arrival, additional cleaning days, and on-site laundry.
Please inquire about my original artwork and prints to be shipped back to you, as well as interior design opportunities. My wife, Sarah is an interior designer.
