Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This brand new home is conveniently located close to the RI Coastline from Westerly to Newport and everything in between! URI is 5mins away and numerous area beaches are 10mins away!



This home is comfortably accommodates a couple families! The main living area features an open layout with the living room, dining room and kitchen all open and inviting with amazing light and comfortable furniture!



There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway. Down the hall you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk in closet and a full bath with a tile shower!



There is a second bedroom that features a twin bed over a queen size bed.



The third bedroom/office features a barn door, there is a twin size daybed and a desk in this room.



The basement is a huge bonus with a full bathroom including a tile shower, a kitchenette, a small dining room table and comfortable couch with a 50” tv! Both the couch in the basement and living room have full size pullout beds!



Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! Beach chairs, towels and a cooler provided!
