Quaint New England Cottage close to Third beach and Sweet Berry Farm
Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Middletown home. The property is situated in the southeast corner of Aquidneck Island between Wapping Rd. and Indian Ave. The house was built in 2016 and sits on a two acre cleared field with a serene pastoral view. Sweet Berry Farm, a local farm and eatery with small produce market and prepared meals is within walking distance as well as Peabody and Third Beaches. Downtown Newport can be reached by car within minutes. The bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. And for families with small children, there is a crib and high chair available. There is also a swing set and trampoline in the yard and a copious amount of toys and games. Beach chairs, towels, sheets and all cooking essentials are provided. Please feel free to message with inquiries or questions about the property. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this house provides a welcoming base.
