Super cute, spacious, eclectic Beach Bungalow on dead end street 5-10 mins to beaches and downtown. This renovated 5bed, 3bath has it all! Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, games, outdoor play area for kids, fire pit and more! 2 streets from Newport with offstreet parking for 3-4. Large yard with back patio fire pit, grill, and TV area. Potentially pet friendly with PRIOR approval. The lower level has 2bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette. Come and have some fun!

The Space:
This home is nestled on a quiet dead-end street 10 mins from all beaches. From this home you can enjoy both Newport and Middletown beaches. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the lower level. The lower level has a second living area which is great for two families sharing the space or a good spot for the kids to play/hangout. Ideal for a family or two coming to town.

Guest Access:
Access to entire home, backyard and driveway. We ask that you do not access the garage.

The Neighborhood:
We LOVE our neighborhood. This home sits on the end of a dead-end street. You can be to the beach within a 5 min drive, 2 streets over from Newport, walk to Broadway, and not worry about Newport parking. The grocery and DRIVE THRU liquor store is 3 min around the corner. Beaches are all within a 5-10 min drive. Drive, bike or walk to bars and restaurants. 5 mins off the Newport Bridge.

Other Things to Note:
This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $150/pet. Also, please know that the maximum dogs allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know prior to your stay and shall never be left unattended in the property.

If you plan to on being loud, hosting a large gathering or coming in late at night/early morning this is NOT the home for you. The homeowner lives next door. We value our year round neighbors and do not want to disturb them with loud guests or parties.

End of summer stay

Brianna was easy to contact and talk with. Any questions we had, she answered promptly. The fenced in yard and play set were perfect for my grand children and dog! Newport and the beaches were only 10-15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent rental for family

The property has recently been all redone and is clean , very open and comfortable. Our large family really enjoyed our stay. Outr side living area is a big plus.
